We are a niche financial advisory and investment firm focussing on assisting clients in three key areas:

• Providing lead corporate finance advisory services to clients on transactions
• Acting as retained financial adviser or non-executive director
• Sourcing equity funding from Odyssey’s shareholder base and network of private investors

Our clients are SME corporates, financial institutions and entrepreneurs, with a typical deal size of £1m to £100m. We also act as retained adviser or non-exec to clients ranging from start ups to large businesses with turnover in excess of £50m.
