Odyssey produce business plans, financial forecasts and valuations on just about every transaction we advise on. But we often help clients in these areas for internal purposes even when there is no deal being contemplated.

Odyssey produce bespoke business plans and detailed financial forecasting models for clients. We believe each one should be tailored to the specific situation so we produce our work from scratch. We don’t use off the shelf packages or templates – we prefer to understand our clients businesses first, confirm the objectives for the plan and forecasts and then produce a fit for purpose deliverable.

Odyssey also performs formal valuations of businesses for various purposes. We use appropriate approaches and methodologies, including comparable multiples, discounted cashflows and industry benchmarks. We have valued businesses from many different sectors for internal shareholder restructuring, tax planning and HRMC negotiations, compulsory purchase orders and dispute resolutions.
